At night, the treatment room sometimes became a gathering place and party room. Here are a bunch of guys from the 3rd Battalion, 1st Infantry who got together for a few beers and some music. There was also a small, open-air theater in the battalion. It was also used as a stage for the floor shows that came "town." In this picture, the projection booth is on the left, with Doctor Kugler standing next to it. The Enlisted Men's (EM) club is on the right, and the Mess Hall is at the left rear. There is a large crowd because a floor show is in "town."
