Here is Hank on top of a fortified sleeping position that is in the process of being built.  Notice the legs of two GI's sticking out of the sleeping position.  In the background, another GI is on top of an APC.

To clear the area around FSB 4-11, the Zippo Squad was responsible for burning down the peasant hooches that were near the fire support base.  Here you can see the squad starting fire to a hooch.

As the hooch went up in flames, the intense heat drove the squad to a cooler place to watch the results of their efforts.
