The Hill 4-11 Purple Hearts Database is a new, user interactive, database for this web site that lists the Purple Heart recipients, regardless of unit, time, and place, who served on FSB Hill 4-11 or in the area of operations for the 3rd Battalion, 1st Infantry, 11th LIB, Americal Division during the Vietnam War. Members of the supporting units (Delta Battery, 6th Battalion, 11th Artillery; 26th Engineer Battalion; E Troop, 1st Cavalry; 174th Assault Helicopter Company; 59th Infantry Platoon Scout Dog; 523rd Signal Battalion, etc.) who were awarded the Purple Heart are also listed in the database.
To create a User ID and password for this database so that you can enter your Purple Heart information or view the Purple Hearts records in the database, click on this link Hill 4-11 Purple Hearts Database.
